It's your last chance to book that star developer/designer/journalist on to the
AOP-Mozilla HTML5-themed Hack Day this Thursday and Friday.
The theme of the day, which is being run by AOP in conjunction with the
Knight-Mozilla News Technology Parnership, is:
On HTML5 enabling you to develop dynamic applications and websites that work on all platforms, for all of your users - no matter which device or OS they choose. AOP hack day products should solve a real world problem or opportunity currently facing AOP members' businesses.
Places cost just £20+vat, and AOP is inviting developers, designers and journalists from across the industry to get involved -
you can book your place here.
The event will be Mozilla's first collaboration with a UK industry body - and promises to be a
‘dynamic day of fast-paced real-time software development, an experiment in demonstrating the future of publishing, today.’
The first day, Thursday 13 will take place at Incisive Media, Broadwick Street, the second will be at the same location as AOP’s flagship Summit
Digital Publishing Summit, at Westminster Bridge Park Plaza on Friday 14 for final results, judging and prizes awarded.
