IPC Media Web Technology Director Kelly Waters
has been working in software development for about 25 years, 18 of which have been managing successful software development teams. He is responsible for web development and web infrastructure across all brands.
Kelly is also the author of one of the most popular blogs about agile development methods, 'Agile Development Made Easy!'
and is an active member of AOP’s Product Development Committee.
