is the Creative Media Director at Microsoft Advertising in the UK. In his role, Hayr is responsible for driving Microsoft Advertising’s creative media strategy and the development of the UK sales force across a wide variety of product areas.
A pioneer of creative cross-media and commercial content publishing with several years’ experience in digital, national press and magazines, he has a highly successful track record of launching, leading and managing some of the most successful Solutions operations in the UK, including Condé Nast, Natmags and Bauer.
With over 15 years experience in media sales, Tony McAllister
has seen some major changes across the media landscape and has adapted marketing solutions that have reflected this. He has worked on category development at the Evening Standard and the Daily Mail; Sponsorship and Promotion strategy at Capital Radio Group and GCap Media.
He now heads up the digital sales team across all of the Global brands, specialising in multi-platform campaigns across all categories. Social media and mobile-based advertising solutions are increasingly in demand from clients and media agencies and Global is leading the way in championing a more integrated, creative approach.
