Proving the value of Native Advertising on Premium Content Websites Native advertising has become the most talked about format of the moment. It allows clients to enter the fabric of a media owner’s content, by delivering messages that are entirely on-brand, by virtue of the fact that they are written, designed and signed off by the media owner, whilst addressing the themes that the advertising client wishes to be associated with. In a compliment to the Content Partnerships project AOP explored last year, we are now keen to uncover the role and measure the impact of native advertising within a premium content environment through understanding how consumers engage in terms of behaviours and actions taken after exposure and test the hypothesis that native advertising within a powerful brand is the most effective. The project is set to run in the last quarter of 2014 and details of the brands and publishers participating will be revealed soon. People don't understand the value of what they give away for free, i.e. their data. Alex paints a picture of the foreseeable future where the 'Internet of Feelings' transforms our interactions between each other and suggests that from it all will develop a far better connectivity and understanding between people, and a better value exchange between services and their users.
