February Forum - Mobile First? Wednesday 19th February This afternoon event will examine the technological, commercial and organisational problems involved in being “mobile first”, and look at how advanced businesses - publishers and others - are addressing them. It will give publishers who are at varying stages in developing a “mobile first” approach the chance to share experiences and swap ideas, both during the event and over drinks afterwards.

Heads of Ads Ops Group

The AOP Heads of Ad Ops group met this week to discuss a variety of issues including ad safety, audience verification and ad blockers. Members from Bauer Media, BT, Dennis Publishing, Guardian, Haymarket, Incisive Media, IPC Media, Sift, Telegraph and Trinity Mirror attended.

Commercial Group

The AOP Commercial group also met to discuss the plans for agency roundtables and an update on the scope of the 2014 AOP research project, along with issues surrounding Viewability and Programmatic trading. Members from Bauer Media, BT, ESI Media, Future Publishing, Global Radio, Guardian, Haymarket, IDG, Incisive Media, IPC Media, Newsquest, RBI, and Telegraph attended. Both meeting were hosted by The Guardian.

New AOP Members
