AOP Groups Ad Ops  This week the AOP Ad Ops group met to discuss viewability issues and developments in the market.  Guest speakers from Google presented information on their new measurement solution, Active View. The following members attended: AOL, Bauer Media, CBS Interactive, Dennis Publishing, ESI Media, Haymarket, Immediate Media, Incisive Media, IPC Media, News UK, and Telegraph Commercial Group Topics for this meeting included; UKOM, viewability issues and a proposal for the next possible AOP research project, further details to be announced in due course. News from the Digital Universe DoubleClick Puts Publishers, Advertisers On Level Viewability Playing Field Publishers using DoubleClick platforms will no longer have to rely on agencies to learn if their ads are viewable or not. Google has made its viewability product, Active View, available for publishers in addition to advertisers and agencies.
