AOP statement on EU Privacy Law

ICOThe AOP Board has released the following statement on the EU Online Privacy Law, which comes into force on Saturday: “The AOP has concerns about the directive.  We feel it places our members at a disadvantage as it will compromise English language sites that compete with digital businesses based outside the Eurozone."
