22.30 - 01.00 - After Party What is the dress code for the Awards dinner?
Black tie / cocktail dress One of my guests has a specific dietary requirement that I haven’t told you about yet, is this going to be Okay?
Our caterers try to accommodate any last minute dietary requirements, where possible. Please make your request to the caterers on the night, but we can’t always guarantee, at this stage, that they will be able to prepare something suitable. What do I do if one of my guest names has changed?
We’re happy for you to change your guest names, that’s not a problem. However, our table plans and name places have gone to print, so your guest will have to sit under the original guest’s name. Do my guests need to bring their tickets?
Yes please – please be ready to show your tickets on arrival at the venue. Can I book any additional places?
Unfortunately not! The AOP Awards are completely sold out and we cannot accommodate any more guests in the venue, Sorry! Will there be wine and water on the table?
Yes – there will be 3 bottles of white and 2 bottles of red wine, plus bottles of water on each table. If you haven’t already pre-ordered any additional drinks, don’t worry, as there are three cash bars available at the venue with a table waiter service for drinks during the night.
