This new bi-annual survey will provide the publishing industry with some key benchmarks and metrics for all its email marketing channel - all entrants will receive a complimentary copy of the full findings – Click here to complete the survey

The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete, and covers many key areas: not just open and click-through rates, but barriers to effective marketing, best practice techniques, social media integration and mobile.
All answers will be treated in the strictest of confidence and will under no circumstances be linked back to any personal information provided, or be passed on to any third parties in accordance with the Market Research Society code of conduct and the Data Protection Act 1998.
Entrants will also not be marketed to as a result of completing this survey unless they opt-in to receive communications
