Suzanne Lugthart heads up ITV’s Online, VOD and New Platforms research. Her team’s wide-ranging remit encompasses all B2C research for ITV’s non television businesses, including cross platform research which is helping them understand and connect the new and the old media worlds.
Prior to joining ITV in 2009 Suzanne trotted the globe researching mobile phones for Sony Ericsson. She has also served her time in the old media world, where she led Reader’s Digest’s commercial and NPD research teams for 5 years and was the architect of the annual Britain's Most Trusted Brands survey. Suzanne has an MBA in Marketing (with Distinction) from Cass Business School.
