Limited accomodation and event ticket packages are available - please get in touch for details. For overseas bookings please note that UK Customs and Excise require that all delegates pay VAT. Our system will add VAT to your payment. We are unable to confirm bookings where payment has not included VAT.

Payment is accepted from Visa, Amex or MasterCard, or by invoice for members.

Late booker rate pricing starts after 21st September.

Please note all payments for delegate places must be completed no later than Friday 5th October 2012. In the case of non payment AOP reserves the right to release bookings.  Any amendments to bookings should be made to AOP in writing prior to 5th October to ensure that attendee information is correct at the time of the event. VAT receipts can be issued on request. AOP reserves the right to decline an application to attend.

In the event of a cancellation a 30 per cent charge will be made, and refunds cannot be made after Friday 28th September.

Summit programme is correct at the time of publication. The organisers reserve the right to alter timings and content.
