With mobile phones in the UK set to shortly outnumber people, AOP urged publishers to grasp the developing opportunities that mobile content can offer, during a forum on mobile publishing on 26 January 2005. Debating the issues were: Gillian Kennedy, commercial development director at EMAP Advertising; Steven Trew, head of mobile services at FT.
com and Guiseppe Troisi, head of interactive at Capital Radio Group. The event was chaired by Mike Short, chair of the Mobile Data Association.
