Julia Ayling has worked in research for 20 years, starting out at Lowe's, followed by stints at the research agency BMRB, and media agencies Initiative, and most recently MindShare
, where she has been for the past 6 years.
She heads up the Intelligence team which is responsible for providing consumer, channel and market specific insights to the agency, and to its clients.
Recent projects have included the development of Mindshare's Paid, Owned and Earned planning tool, StoryDNA, and the launch of Mindshare's research programme Future of. which examines the opportunities and issues offered by developments in areas such as mobile, smart TVs, social networking and content creation.
