James has over 14 years’ experience l in client & agency side marketing, having most recently joined Mindshare UK in December 2011 as Head of B2B. Prior to this he spent three years working in Mindshare International leading the planning for SAP & Zurich’s global business.
He began his career working client side at GlaxoSmithkline where he worked in sales and trade-marketing across the entire over-the-counter (OTC) portfolio. Helping to launch new brands for popular consumer goods such as Solpadeine, Panadol and Niquitin, he learnt early on the importance and diversity required in marketing to successfully launch products through the trade
His career quickly blossomed as he made the decision to specialise in digital media and joined a small marcoms agency Interactive1, as client services lead across GSK and Boehringer Ingelheim. He later joined Zenith Optimedia where he honed his skills in integrated planning for clients such as LloydsTSB, Toyota/Lexus and BT
In his spare time James enjoys travelling, living in his new home in Brixton and visiting his family in Georgia, USA.
