AOP held a forum for members on the subject of targeting content and adverts based on user location. Speakers included: Steve Sawyer, Quova UK, Ramesh Kannan from DoubleClick, Stephen Betts from BBC News Online, Tor Gisvold from Centrecore (News International) and Andy Flint from ABCE. The briefing was moderated by Mike Seery, chief information officer, The Economist Group, and attended by 50 representatives from media owners and agencies.
