Chris Russell is leading the BBC's adoption of formal product management techniques and process.
He is also responsible for planning, innovation and the development of strategic priorities such as mobile and IPTV in the News & Knowledge team which delivers 8 of BBC Online's 10 products.
Chris previously held a number of editorial and product development roles on BBC websites and was a member of the leadership team which launched the BBC Sport site.
Before moving into digital media, Chris was a radio journalist and presenter.
