AOP held a forum on the subject of blogs and user-generated content. Speakers included: Dave Killeen, head of communities, Associated New Media, Tim Dewhurst, operations manager, Chat Moderators, Will Callaghan, editor, Menshealth.co.uk, Daniel Mermelstein, product manager, BBC News and Al Tepper, head of online development, Caspian Publishing. The event was moderated by Karl Schneider, executive editor, New Scientist and chair of the AOP Content trends working group and was attended by some 60 key figures from the UK online publishing industry.
